Moments for Me

Join Jess on Zoom for a restorative bock of time just for you.
$ 50 4-Session series with recorded sessions sent to subscribers
  • Jess will lead the group through an online yoga session, incorporating meditation practice.
  • Session 1 June 26- July 17
  • Session 2 July 31-AUG 21
  • Time 9:45 AM -10:30 AM
  • Audience- Adults

Sensory Play Group

4-week series of 45 minute playtimes in the gym of BSS.
$ 200 Participants will engage in age-appropriate play,
incorporating developmentally challenging sensory motor and social skills.

Boston Sensory Solutions, Inc. offers a variety of topical programs for both children and their caregivers.

A sampling of programs we have run in the past are:

  • When Kids Worry– using the book, What to do When You Worry Too Much, by Dawn Huebner, Ph.D.
  • When Kids Feel Angry- using the book What to Do When Your Temper Flares by Dawn Huebner, Ph.D.

  • Parent Connections support group series covering topics such as parent self-care, managing holidays and group events, supporting participation in extracurriculars, managing stress & anxiety, coping with sensory overload, and more.
